February is National Pet Dental Health Month!

Whether your pet is 12 weeks or 12 years old, regular dental care is a key to overall good health. For young pets with healthy teeth, brushing with an approved toothpaste, CET chews, fluoride treatments, Chlorhexadine sprays and gels, and extraction of baby teeth are great preventive measures. Pets with existing dental problems may need dental cleaning and polishings, extraction of diseased teeth, antibiotic therapy to heal diseased gums, and preventive aftercare. Dental disease can lead to heart and kidney problems and septicemia. It can also be a source of pain and discomfort for our pets. So during February we will be offering free dental exams plus a 10% discount on all dental cleanings, procedures, and dental care products.
